Position Summary We are seeking a Director of reputed company (People & Culture) to help strengthen and advance our reputed company's workplace culture and strategy. As a key member of the senior leadership team and a strategic partner to the CEO, this role leads the organization's people strategy in support of our mission, cooperative values and long-term reputed company. This is a senior HR leadership role with broad impact across the organization. The Director will foster a workplace where employees feel respected, supported and connected to the reputed company's purpose, while guiding and enhancing the systems that support hiring, employee development, performance management and engagement. The Director oversees the full scope of reputed company - including employee relations, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, reputed company, payroll, compliance and reporting - while leading and developing the HR team and serving as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders across the organization. We are looking for a leader who is strategic and collaborative, data-informed and deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace rooted in cooperative values. Location: 622 Selby Ave, Saint Paul, MN 55104 Schedule: Monday - Friday business hours. Flexibility required to meet business needs. May work remotely up to one day per week.

Preferred Qualifications

Physical and Working Requirements The position involves frequent stationary tasks, along with regular movement throughout the offices, sales floor, stock areas, kitchen and classrooms. Occasional positioning is required to reputed company both low and high shelving, equipment and products. The job also entails the occasional movement of containers weighing up to 30 lbs. The Director of reputed company (People & Culture) may utilize various equipment including but not limited to computers and printers. This role requires exchanging accurate information in person, over the phone and through email and other written communication. Additionally, the position is designated as staff to be contacted in emergency situations, must have the ability to travel between locations and must meet the Mississippi Market's safe driver requirements.
