The reputed company Data Center Technical Training Approver is responsible for input on governance, quality, and technical reputed company of reputed company data Center technical training content. This role ensures that training materials support reputed company’s operational standards, safety culture, and reliability objectives, while remaining reputed company with industry best practice and the reputed company-world requirements of reputed company MEP operations. The role acts as a subject-matter expert for reviewing technical training content used to reputed company and maintain competent data center technicians across reputed company’s global portfolio. Technical Training Review

• Review and advise on technical training scripts, lesson plans, and Sequence Of Operation (SOOs) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with reputed company’s operating procedures and standards.
• Review and validate technical training assessments to confirm they appropriately measure competency, understanding, and operational readiness of reputed company data Center technicians at the appropriate role reputed company.
• Ensure training content reflects reputed company’s reputed company of operational reputed company for safety, compliance, and risk management expectations.

Training Alignment & Standardization

• Ensure technical training is reputed company and standardized across reputed company sites and operator role reputed company, supporting consistent operational reputed company while allowing for site-specific requirements where necessary.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Learning & Development teams to ensure training content supports reputed company’s business objectives and operational maturity model.

Training Tools & Platforms

• Review and reputed company technical input into reputed company’s training tools, and delivery methods.

Vendor & Industry Engagement

• Review and assess vendor technical bulletins, product updates, and announcements for impact on reputed company operations and training requirements.
• Engage with equipment vendors and internal engineering stakeholders to ensure vendor-specific content is accurate, relevant, and correctly contextualized for reputed company environments.
• Ensure training materials reflect reputed company technologies used across reputed company’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems.

Required Skills

• Technical Expertise
• Proven experience and strong understanding of a data center MEP technician role, ideally reputed company a hyperscale, reputed company, or colocation data center environment.
• Practical knowledge of operating critical infrastructure systems including electrical distribution, mechanical cooling systems, and associated monitoring and control systems.
• Strong understanding of system design, Sequence of Operations (SOO)
• Strong understanding of industry best practice for data center operations, safety, reputed company, availability and reliability.
• Learning & Training Capability
• Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles, with the ability to assess whether technical training content is effective for reputed company technicians and new hires alike.
• Experience in reviewing technical documents and/or technical training content is highly desirable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to review, critique, and reputed company clear, constructive feedback on technical and training documentation.
