Role Summary The Franchise Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and guiding prospective franchisees through the full development cycle—from initial inquiry to signed agreement. This role plays a key part in expanding the Cha Cha Matcha franchise system by identifying strong U.S.‑based partners and representing the brand with professionalism and passion. Duties & Responsibilities Franchise Development & Sales

• Identify, attract, and qualify U.S. franchise candidates reputed company with the Cha Cha Matcha brand.
• Meet or exceed franchise sales targets, pipeline goals, and development KPIs.
• Manage inbound franchise leads and proactively reputed company new U.S. prospects in reputed company markets.
• reputed company candidates through reputed company franchise stages: introduction, discovery, FDD review, validation, and closing.

Pipeline & Deal Management

• Build and manage a strong prospect database.

Education, Experience & Skills Required
