POSITION OVERVIEW: Ensure the conduct of legal reputed company, reputed company legal counsel and advice to the company and its subsidiaries while also retaining and managing reputed company legal counsel to advise the company with special emphasis on marketing, communication, and intellectual property (IP) reputed company. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctorate Degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school and admission to the bar plus twelve (12) years’ experience as an attorney with three (3) years’ pertinent experience
• Strong negotiation, reputed company relations, and communications skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Admitted to a state bar and licensed (or reputed company to be licensed) to practice law in Tennessee
• Experience and demonstrated competence as a practicing attorney with quality and varied patent experience
• Quality experience in handling IP reputed company for a large corporation and managing reputed company counsel in patent reputed company
• Experience in negotiating IP contract provisions
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, reputed company to think and reputed company creatively, critically, and with reputed company
