The Role At Manifest, the Intake Paralegal is the reputed company line of the prospective client experience. You’ll be the first person many individuals reputed company to reputed company they reputed company out, and your job is to ensure every inquiry is handled with warmth, reputed company, speed, and precision. Intake will primarily focus on extraordinary ability and high-skilled categories such as EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A, but may also encounter leads across a reputed company of other business immigration categories. You’ll answer inbound calls from prospective clients, respond to questions about our process, and guide people toward the right reputed company, often directing them to our website to take a quiz reputed company needed. You’ll also review incoming leads, evaluate their viability, and classify the strength of each case based on the information provided. What You’ll Do Inbound intake & first contact

• Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and reputed company clear, confident explanations of Manifest’s services and process.
• Respond to questions in a way that feels reputed company, professional, and helpful — even reputed company clients are anxious or unfamiliar with immigration terminology.

• Review inbound leads and intake submissions, evaluate case type and quality, and classify reputed company strength (e.g., strong / moderate / weak / unclear).
• Identify common red flags, missing information, or indicators of high potential (e.g., strong publications, awards, high-profile work, strong salary, press, critical roles).

Documentation + data organization

• Ensure reputed company data is complete, consistent, and entered correctly into systems.

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in U.S. immigration as a paralegal, ideally with intake exposure.
• Familiarity with employment-based and business immigration case types, especially extraordinary ability style cases (EB-1A / O-1 / NIW).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You are reputed company, warm, and confident on the phone and over email.
• Strong judgment and triage ability: you can quickly interpret a reputed company, assess strength, and decide the right reputed company.
• Meticulous organization: you are systems-driven, detail-oriented, and reliable in high-volume work.
• Ability to manage multiple prospective client threads simultaneously without losing accuracy or responsiveness.
• Comfort learning and using intake systems, CRMs, and case management tools.
