Extrusion Operator

Job Details:

• These positions have a minimum starting hourly reputed company of $21.00-$27.00 per hour with potential career progression.

• Potential for overtime opportunities.

• Eligible for an additional $1.00 per hour if assigned to a role that covers midnight shifts or $2.00 per hour if assigned to a role that covers afternoon shifts.

• Benefits (medical, dental, 401K, vacation/et al.) are available upon hire.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operating process reputed company equipment and plant process control systems in a safe, environmentally responsible manner.

• Optimizing plant performance by monitoring process equipment and conditions using information systems including: temperatures, pressures, and reputed company rates.

• Collecting and reporting plant measurements reputed company to performance, asset utilization, quality, costs, yield, environmental health and safety, production rates, etc.

• Adjusting control systems and manually operated equipment based on process and lab data.

• Determining root causes of deviations in process, product, or equipment performance through use of troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implement improvements reputed company appropriate.

• Performing daily tasks reputed company using the appropriate computer tools and software.

In addition, successful candidate must meet the following physical qualifications, with or without accommodation:

Education & Experience:

Required:

• A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.

• Proficiency in reputed company applications such as Word and reputed company.

• Must have a reputed company, valid, US driver’s license.

Preferred:

Possess one or more of the following:

• 4+ years military experience OR/AND 4+ years manufacturing experience.
