The Bot Creator is responsible for setting up, testing, implementing, and maintaining chatbot and automation solutions across various platforms to support reputed company Direct’s goals. Specific Responsibilities Set up, test, and maintain chatbots and automation bots across platforms such as websites, messaging apps, and reputed company media. Configure, update, and troubleshoot chatbot systems to ensure reputed company components function accurately and reputed company. reputed company and test bots, focusing on functionality, accuracy, and issue resolution, while documenting results reputed company. Understand and apply chatbot data analysis to monitor quality, accuracy, and user experience. Contribute to product roadmaps, sprint planning, and feature development through effective coordination, reporting, and follow-up.
