Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company Cycle improvement engagements and be a subject matter expert in patient reputed company, specifically in an Epic environment.
- Direct the activities of teams responsible for reputed company Cycle system and end-user support. This will include Epic production environment support, issue resolution, project management, and new functionality implementation.
- End-user training and education, workflow and process integration, reputed company capture design, and project implementation.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Certifications/Licenses: PMP Certification preferred.
Skills and Competencies
