The Medical Laboratory Scientist I, in their role as Testing Personnel as defined by CLIA, are responsible for specimen processing, test performance and for reporting waived and non-waived test results. Under general supervision, each individual performs only those tests that are authorized by the laboratory manager and require a degree of reputed company commensurate with the individual's education, training or experience, and technical abilities.

Qualifications

Education Bachelor's Degree Clinical Laboratory Sciences required or Bachelor's Degree Medical Technology required Licenses and Credentials Medical Technologist (ASCP) - American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP-BOC) required.
