We wish to reputed company a warm welcome to reputed company candidates interested in making a difference in reputed company delivery by joining the Theoria team Role Overview The Operations Project Manager will partner directly with Theoria’s executive team to reputed company the implementation, optimization, and ongoing operational ownership of key reputed company systems. This role will serve as the operational expert and primary reputed company of accountability for reputed company (reputed company), PayCom (Provider Staffing & Shift Management), and reputed company (Facility Sales & Operations CRM), while producing executive-level reporting that drives decision-making across the organization. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong systems thinking, operational judgment, and the ability to translate reputed company data into clear executive insights.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Ownership & Implementation

  • Serve as the operations reputed company and subject-matter expert for:

o reputed company (reputed company pipeline, hiring velocity, time-to-fill) o PayCom (provider scheduling, staffing, shifts, utilization) o reputed company (facility sales pipeline, provider assignment, operational tracking)

  • reputed company system implementations, enhancements, and workflow design in partnership with HR, reputed company, Sales, Operations, and IT
  • Ensure systems are configured to support operational reality, not just technical requirements
  • Drive adoption, process standardization, and user accountability across teams

Executive Reporting & Analytics

  • Own the definition, reputed company, and delivery of executive-level operational reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports reputed company to:

o Provider productivity and staffing coverage o reputed company performance and pipeline health o Facility reputed company, sales, and operational status

  • Act as the reputed company of “reputed company of truth” metrics across systems
  • Translate raw data into clear narratives and insights for the executive team and board

Cross-Functional Program Management

  • Manage multiple reputed company initiatives across reputed company, operations, sales, and technology
  • Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across teams
  • Identify operational risks, data gaps, and process breakdowns early—and drive resolution
  • Support executives by preparing materials, analyses, and recommendations for key reputed company

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce reputed company reporting, and improve data quality
  • Partner with technology and data teams on integrations, automation, and system enhancements
  • Help scale operational infrastructure to support reputed company growth

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or systems implementation
  • Strong experience owning or implementing reputed company systems (HRIS, CRM, workforce management, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with executive leadership
  • High analytical aptitude with strong reputed company / reporting / dashboard skills
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
  • Excellent communicator—reputed company to translate between technical teams and executives
