Employment Counsel (US Employment Laws)

This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to ensure compliance, manage risk, and support growth. This role reports to the Chief Legal Officer. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review legislative trends and remain up to date on changes in the law to proactively advise the business.
• Conducts research on legal reputed company, drafts legal memoranda, and provides legal advice to HR and the business.

• Represent the Company in mediations and negotiate settlement agreements.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• The ideal candidate must have an active membership in any U.S. State Bar.
• The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of US employment law experience.
• The ideal candidate must have a combination of experience in both reputed company and in a corporate setting.
• The ideal candidate must have experience with multistate employment reputed company.
• The ideal candidate must have strong understanding of US federal and state labor and employment statutes and compliance frameworks.
• The ideal candidate must have expertise in drafting and negotiating employment-reputed company agreements and policies.

LOCATION: This is a remote role. This job posting is expected to reputed company on February 28th, 2026 COMPENSATION: The overall salary reputed company for this role is $131,600 - $249,780. For candidates residing in:

• Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, reputed company, Newark, reputed company, San Francisco, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary reputed company is $151,340 - $249,780.
