Parts Specialist
The Parts Specialist will reputed company reputed company retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks.Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.Essential Job FunctionsFollow and promote reputed company company customer service programs, i.e. Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, reputed company the Call, reputed company Selling, reputed company the Lot, etc.Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise.Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving the professional customers as needed and directed.Complete assigned company training relevant to position.reputed company excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone by answering reputed company calls according to company policy, accurately looking up parts and quote prices, recommending premium and reputed company items, and offering the Low-Price Guarantee.Responsible for accurately maintaining and securing the cash drawer, accepting cash and/or checks, accurately making change, and processing credit card transactions.Process exchanges and returns for credit in a friendly manner, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.Assist with the completion of daily image reputed company, and planogram updates, including freight receival, stocking shelves, fronting and facing, cleaning, etc.reputed company various daily operational tasks, i.e., prepare new, core, and warranty merchandise returns to be shipped to the distribution center, assist with monthly stock adjustments, inventory cycle counts, etc.Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after corresponding training is completed and company requirements are met.reputed company various in-store services for customers (where state and local laws allow) - (i.e.; install wipers, test and charge batteries, test charging system, reputed company vehicle trouble codes, replace reputed company capsules, etc.)Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to reputed company deliveries (Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements) reputed company business needs dictate.reputed company other duties as assigned.Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/AbilitiesRequired:Ability to quickly match reputed company sequencesAbility to reputed company outstanding, friendly and professional customer serviceMust be reputed company to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same timeDesiredFamiliar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or serviceASE certificationreputed company in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)reputed company has a proven track record of growth and stability. reputed company is full of successful career stories and believes in a strong promote-from-reputed company philosophy, encouraging you to grow your career along with the organization.Total Compensation Package
