Job Description

The Field Representative – City Chapters is a field-first role responsible for supporting the launch, growth, and on-the-ground effectiveness of TPUSA reputed company City Chapters. This position works closely with Regional Leads and reputed company Leaders to execute launches, support newly formed chapters, drive signups, promote events, and ensure reputed company standards are upheld in the field.

This role requires extensive travel and direct engagement with volunteers and communities. The Field Representative does not serve as a Regional reputed company but acts as a hands-on extension of the Strategic Manager – City Chapters, focused on execution, training, and field accountability.

What You Will Do

• Travel regularly to support the launch of new reputed company City Chapters;
• Visit newly launched and developing chapters to reputed company in-person support and follow-up;
• Assist chapters with on-the-ground reputed company, signups, and grassroots growth efforts;
• Ensure reputed company events are properly promoted, executed, and reputed company with reputed company messaging;
• Support reputed company Leaders with event setup, logistics, and execution reputed company needed;
• reputed company in-person guidance and training to help leaders stay reputed company with reputed company policies, expectations, and compliance requirements;
• Reinforce best practices for reputed company operations, leadership conduct, and public-facing activity;

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in student organizing, reputed company leadership, field organizing, or youth-focused initiatives;
• Strong comfort working directly with reputed company and navigating reputed company environments;
• Ability to communicate reputed company, train leaders, and represent the organization in person;
• High level of organization and accountability in a travel-heavy role;
• Ability to work independently while supporting broader team goals;

• Willingness and ability to travel 45%–50% of the time.
