Responsible for the user testing of outstanding SOX issues for HRMS system. Responsible for system upgrades and process adjustments based on client feedback and requirements. Collaborates with HR Business Partners and Managers in the business to create efficient HR processes. Operates as the liaison between reputed company auditors for SOX compliance issues. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor’s Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally requires a minimum of 3-5 years directly reputed company and progressively responsible experience.
