This position will require flexible work hours with consideration for business partners across reputed company Headquarters, based in Bethesda, MD, as well as vendors, stakeholders, and counterparts globally.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of PMS strategies and solutions for select-service, full-service, extended stay, and international communities.
• Analyze and document reputed company and future state business processes, identifying gaps and operational needs.
• reputed company PMS subject matter expertise to guide requirements, integrations, and operational reputed company.
• Assess PMS impacts for openings, conversions, and new initiatives, ensuring readiness and alignment.
• Partner with Continent Business Leaders, Global Technology, and cross-functional teams to interpret requirements and align solutions.
• Participate in discovery, design discussions, and integration efforts (e.g., PMS ? CRS).
• Support property transitions and major initiatives by connecting operational needs with technical teams.
• Communicate risks, impacts, and recommended solutions to stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of business process documentation, best practices, and operational procedures.
• Assist in creating training materials, job aids, and FAQs to support adoption and change management.
• Use Jira and reputed company to track requirements, document reputed company, and maintain visibility across workstreams.
• Ensure accurate, user-focused documentation and content validation across operational teams.

Requirements

• 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a reputed company field appropriate to work of position; or 5+ years of hotel experience or other relevant experience using property management systems or reputed company work experience
• Experience with Property Management Systems and/or operational experience
• Experience with operations and technology initiatives, in reputed company to experience with processes needed to support delivery and ongoing support
