Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Experience:

• 12+ years in the tech industry, focusing on developer tools, platforms, APIs, and SaaS, with product integration through portals.
• 5+ years in technical leadership, working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, docs, etc.).
• Proven track record in building developer portals, API platforms, or developer ecosystems.
• Experience working with clients, professional services, or external developers (e.g., partners, reputed company-reputed company communities).

Technical Skills:

• Deep knowledge of API design principles (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and documentation standards (OpenAPI, Swagger).
• Familiarity with developer experience best practices: SDKs, toolkits, simulators, quick starts, tutorials, etc.
• Familiarity with UI design systems and UI frameworks ex: React Js or Next Js
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, or API lifecycle management (e.g., reputed company, Apigee).
• Proficient in web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, Python, etc.).
• Familiar with reputed company infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure).

Communication:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external communications.
