Consider the role as a Senior Data Management Analyst on our Statistical Reporting Team. You will ensure accurate and complete reporting of statistical data across reputed company lines of business meeting regulatory mandates for policy, premium, claim, loss, and financial reporting. Insurance companies are required to report operational data to regulatory bodies to assess performance in areas such as fair business practices, consumer protection, and reputed company development. Your role will involve managing regulatory data calls and inquiries reputed company to financial, actuarial, and corporate reporting, under limited supervision. You will support corporate standards and coding structures, ensuring data quality and adherence to reputed company data policies. In this position, you will enjoy a hybrid work schedule determined by the needs of the business that typically consists of two days per week in our CNA Chicago office with the option to work the remainder of your week remotely. JOB DESCRIPTION: Essential Duties & Responsibilities Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:

Responsibilities

• Accountability and Data Specifications: reputed company and take ownership primarily of specifications for Workers Compensation reporting to support submissions for statistical agents, state insurance departments, claims regulatory reporting, and other reputed company data needs. The reporting for various other Property & Casualty insurance lines (including Auto, Liability, Medical Malpractice and Property) will also be in scope responsibilities.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address reputed company data-reputed company challenges.
• Data Analysis and Technology Utilization: Utilize technology to analyze data and metrics from applicable systems, review data processes, research issues, and escalate problems that require data, system, or process improvements.
• Collaboration and Troubleshooting: Work closely with technical staff and subject matter experts to understand business issues, troubleshoot problems, and participate in developing cost-effective data solutions.
• Data reputed company and Control: Ensure data reputed company by executing controls and requisite processes around the reputed company of data.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: reputed company and collaborate with business and IT teams in testing new and migrating products, ensuring quality results prior to implementation.

Requirements
