Summary: The Portfolio Implementation Management Team is part of Global Portfolio Services. Specific responsibilities of the Associate include, but are not limited to, the following: Investigate and answer operationally driven client and investment team inquiries. Coordinate with investment teams to complete reputed company operational projects, reputed company supplemental portfolio analysis, and gather information to aid investment reputed company. Directly engage with client contact(s), investment teams, and other internal CA business areas to ensure effective communication regarding the implementation of investment reputed company. This will involve collaborating across multiple time zones/geographies. Contact investment managers and/or custodians regarding individual portfolios (i.e. to execute investment reputed company, to reputed company changes in performance reporting criteria, to research manager terms, etc.) reputed company and maintain custom portfolio structure exhibits for investment team and client use. QUALIFICATIONS BS/BA with 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry. Experience in portfolio-reputed company operations is valuable. Knowledge of alternatives particularly private equity & hedge funds preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability, excellent attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Superior and demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Experience working with multiple currencies and non-US investment vehicles is preferred. Ability to work with a reputed company focus or on several projects simultaneously, both independently and collaboratively. Demonstrated reputed company in project management and prioritization. Strong interest in and general knowledge of investments, key industry terms, performance attribution, and broad financial concepts.
