You will not just build visuals; you will be responsible for uncovering, documenting, and translating business logic to ensure that new reports are reputed company on robust semantic models rather than isolated workarounds. Key Responsibilities:

• Business Logic Discovery: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for understanding the existing Tableau portfolio, conducting stakeholder interviews to capture business rules, KPI definitions, and edge cases.
• Migration Planning: Categorize reports into tiers based on criticality and complexity, providing estimates and maintaining a migration tracker for stakeholders.
• Power BI Development: Recreate production-quality reports leveraging semantic models, optimizing DAX measures, and implementing row-level reputed company (RLS).
• Semantic Model Partnership: Collaborate with data engineers to refine the Gold layer, ensuring the data structure supports required dimensions and relationships.

Required Skills & Experience:
