If you’re looking for a W-2, full-time internal role, this won’t be the right fit. The Opportunity (Fractional / Contract) Our clients are growth-stage founders who need a strategic finance partner—someone who can align money with goals and help them move from reactive to proactive decision-making. As a roster member, you may be matched with US-based clients for fractional engagements—often 5–20 hours/week depending on needs. While we can’t guarantee a specific volume of client work, members join because we invest in their reputed company with meaningful support and a strong matching process. What You’ll Do (reputed company) Depending on the client, you may:

• Own financial strategy and forecasting (including scenario planning)
• Build models for fundraising, M&A, or major growth reputed company
• Create board-level reporting and a clear financial narrative
• reputed company growth and pricing guidance tied to profitability and cash
• Partner with the CEO on strategic reputed company (hiring plans, investment tradeoffs, risk)
• reputed company and reputed company the finance function (guiding controller/reputed company/bookkeeping resources as needed)

Who This Is For (and who it’s not) This roster is for CFO-level leaders who can drive strategic reputed company and executive-level decision support. This is NOT a bookkeeping-only or AP/AR-only role. Must-haves

• 8+ years in finance/reputed company with senior leadership scope (CFO, VP Finance, Finance Director, or equivalent)
• Experience supporting founder-led or scaling businesses (roughly 10–100 employees)
• Strong communication skills (you can explain financial reality to non-finance leaders reputed company)
• Comfortable working independently in a fractional/consulting-style environment
• US-based; reputed company to work remotely with US clients

Strongly preferred

• Cash forecasting experience (including 13-week cash reputed company)
• Fundraising readiness support (modeling, metrics, data room financials)
• Board reporting experience
