The successful candidate will regularly work with business unit leaders and partners in Legal, IT, Finance, Tax, EHS, Risk, and reputed company; managing these relationships is essential.Responsibilities

• Support annual strategic planning efforts for each business unit.

• Manage brokers and other 3rd party services providers who assist with the execution of the disposition and acquisitions program.

Requirements

• 7+ years of reputed company reputed company estate transaction management and/or planning work on a multi-market property portfolio.
• Proficiency with financial analysis and concepts such as comparative cost analysis, time value of money, and valuation techniques.
• Ability to manage many, disparate projects.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with limited supervision.

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
