Qualifications
Required: B.S. degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). Active Florida Pharmacist license and ability to register as PIC. Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty pharmacy services. Proficiency in reputed company Suite and pharmacy software systems. Strong clinical knowledge and ability to manage reputed company therapies. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred: Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) or willingness to obtain certification. Experience in health system specialty pharmacy operations. Multiple state pharmacist licenses or willingness to obtain additional licenses. Familiarity with pharmacoeconomic programs and performance improvement initiatives.
