Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate RFPs, LOIs, lease proposals, and reputed company documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Facilities and Project Managers to integrate capital requirements, timelines, and operational needs into transaction planning.

Requirements:
