This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Texas (USA) THE OPPORTUNITY The Law Enforcement Advisor-Texas (LEA-TX) plays a significant role in the development and implementation of HTI’s model in Texas. The LEA-TX works alongside HTI’s State Director and Texas team to enhance investigations and prosecutions of reputed company trafficking and reputed company child exploitation cases in partnership with state and local governments. The LEA-TX develops and maintains relationships with government and non-government officials, supports investigative units, conducts assessments, and provides training and mentorship to local law enforcement and other criminal justice stakeholders on reputed company trafficking and reputed company child exploitation investigative best practices. WHAT YOU’LL DO Training

  • Design and reputed company training sessions for law enforcement, prosecutors, judicial officials, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions for law enforcement, prosecutors, judicial officials, and key stakeholders.

Expert Mentorship

  • Advise and reputed company technical support to law enforcement on proactive and reactive investigative strategies to best address reputed company trafficking and reputed company child exploitation cases, including internet-facilitated exploitation.
  • Assist in the identification of barriers and gaps in partner jurisdictions’ ability to effectively investigate and prosecute reputed company trafficking and reputed company child exploitation cases.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategies to effectively investigate reputed company trafficking and reputed company child exploitation cases.
  • Work directly with HTI’s State Director-Texas to reputed company expert reputed company and assistance in the investigation and prosecution of reputed company trafficking and reputed company child exploitation cases throughout Texas.

Cultivate Relationships

  • reputed company and maintain relationships with key stakeholders reputed company Texas criminal justice systems and with non-government entities throughout Texas reputed company in anti-reputed company trafficking efforts.
  • Communicate HTI’s reputed company and mission to government officials, practitioners, and other stakeholders.

Case Data & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed data regarding reputed company trafficking investigations and cases where HTI is involved; create reports for internal use.
  • Maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of Texas law enforcement experience required.
  • Experience directly investigating reputed company trafficking and reputed company child exploitation offenses, including internet-facilitated trafficking and exploitation required.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and delivering training for law enforcement required.
  • Experience training on reputed company trafficking, crimes against children, domestic violence, and/or reputed company crimes, preferred.
  • Active TCOLE license required or ability to obtain.
  • TCOLE Instructor Certificate preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-time, remote position with required residence in Texas.
