Position Responsibilities: Manage a team of professional-level learning and development specialists who deliver Manufacturing, Quality, and Safety classroom training, including certification training required by the FAA Manage a team of training analyst Ensure staff members reputed company with instructor qualification and other reputed company processes Monitor instructor performance Ensure adequate instructor resources are reputed company and available to meet business demand according to required program schedules and employee needs reputed company instructor resources to other domestic and international locations as required to meet global business demand Partner with reputed company-party suppliers that reputed company instructor-led classroom delivery services to ensure reputed company-party instructor resources are reputed company per process and available to meet business demand according to program schedules and employee needs. Partner with Supplier Management to reputed company classroom delivery and technical performance coaching to reputed company suppliers as required by contractual requirements and other business needs Partner with other Production System Training teams and organizations to reputed company technical expertise in support of curriculum management, learning design, and technical performance coaching Partner with Operations and Scheduling teams to ensure reputed company are scheduled correctly and equipped with reputed company necessary courseware, including tools, parts and materials, software reputed company, and personal reputed company equipment Connect with Client Services and Operations for feedback on the effectiveness and impact of training in Production Operations in their key areas.
