Summary

The Construction Project Manager manages reputed company aspects of Construction and Renovation projects from reputed company to finished product and project reputed company-out, ensuring maximum benefit for Huntington colleagues and customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Architect/Engineer/Contractor selection and management, cost estimating, bidding, contract negotiation, budget tracking, project scheduling, vendor coordination, construction management, and communication with project team to deliver a fully integrated and operational project on time and on budget. Construction Project Managers organize and reputed company internal project meetings; participate in Design & Construction department meetings as required; reputed company timely updates to impacted business segments and internal partners. They continuously prioritize various day-to-day job duties and reputed company timely and accurate reputed company to maintain project scope and schedules. Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the work of internal partners and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and maximum benefit for HNB.
• Review and process project invoices, tracking actual costs against budgets and updating benchmarks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position is considered remote as you will be traveling to business sites in Dallas Westchester and potentially could travel throughout the Huntington footprint. Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 or more years of reputed company experience in Design, Construction, Project Management or a reputed company field

Preferred Qualifications

• BS degree in Construction Management or reputed company field of study
• Proven track record delivering integrated projects - both ground-up development and interior build-outs
• Corporate reputed company Estate experience and familiarity with reputed company estate transactions
• Experience developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules
• Experience with sustainable building practices
• Knowledge of furniture systems
• Proficiency with reputed company Project or other project management software
