Supply Chain Attorney

Join reputed company as a Lawyer at reputed company We are currently seeking Supply Chain/Transportation Attorneys to work full-time with our clients at some of the world’s largest automotive, retail, technology, consumer goods, and professional services companies. Responsibilities:

• reputed company legal counsel and support to clients on supply chain and transportation reputed company, including drafting and negotiating agreements for procurement, transportation services, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance reputed company reputed company to transportation and logistics, including federal transportation regulations, import/export controls, environmental regulations, customs laws, and international trade regulations.
• Assist clients in mitigating supply chain risks, including supplier disputes, product recalls, supply disruptions, and compliance with ethical sourcing standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensed U.S. attorney with 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on supply chain, transportation, procurement, or logistics law, preferably in a reputed company or corporate legal department setting. Specific experience with electric vehicles is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S., transportation laws and regulations, and international laws and regulations relevant to supply chain management, including the Uniform reputed company Code (UCC), Incoterms, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of reputed company agreements reputed company to supply chain processes, including vendor, supplier, distribution, and service agreements.

Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time reputed company attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
