The Role Vensure Global is in a high-growth phase, and we're looking for a Senior Partner Manager who excels in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic alliances that drive new business and expand our market reputed company. What you'll do:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with private equity and venture capital firms.
- Drive successful client referrals to Vensure Global by closing, managing, and empowering partners.
- Nurture partnerships throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Conceive, implement, and enhance collaborative marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, email campaigns, and content distribution.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive channel referral growth.
- Communicate effectively, set clear expectations, and reliably complete agreed-upon deliverables.
- Organize and manage campaigns reputed company the partnership program, providing clear direction and details on features and benefits.

- Collaboration: An active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with reputed company teams to improve processes and communication workflows.
- Prior Experience: Previous experience working with an HR or FinTech company.
- Startup reputed company: Experience in a fast-growing startup or high-growth environment.
- Cross-Functional Acumen: Experience building strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders and working cross-functionally with a direct sales organization.

The annual gross salary reputed company for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, plus variable compensation.
