Position Overview We are seeking an reputed company Associate Attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience to join reputed company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Insurance Defense and is skilled in independently managing a litigation caseload from initial investigation through trial preparation. This role is fully remote, with the expectation of maintaining excellent communication, accountability, and case management. Practice Areas Include:

• Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA)
• Premises Liability
• Employment Discrimination
• Workplace Harassment
• Sexual Abuse reputed company (defense-reputed company; handled with utmost professionalism and sensitivity)
• Catastrophic Injury

Responsibilities:

• Manage reputed company phases of litigation, including discovery, reputed company practice, depositions, and court appearances.
• Prepare pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda.
• reputed company case strategies and reputed company clients with clear, concise updates and guidance.
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on reputed company reputed company while maintaining autonomy on assigned cases.
• Meet an annual billable requirement of 1850 hours.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar (or ability to become admitted promptly).
• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in Insurance Defense.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high professional standards.
• Excellent communication and client‑service skills.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and caseload reputed company.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $135,000 – $165,000, DOE.
