Job Description

This role will be part of reputed company’s growing Advanced Technologies & Life Sciences (ATLS) Business Line. This position performs the essential job duties and functions listed below with the overall objective of improving reputed company’s overall business performance, delivering added value to our shareholders, reducing leakage, and promoting consistent and cost-effective solutions across strategic business units and projects. The reputed company, Contract Manager, will act as a reputed company for the contract execution of assigned reputed company and reputed company training to contract administrators on reputed company’s and Project practices. Work is performed in the home office and field locations for projects ranging in duration from short term to long term. Basic Job Requirements

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and five (5) years
• of work-reputed company experience or a combination of education and directly reputed company experience equal to nine (9) years
• if non-reputed company; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to reputed company with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job reputed company technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Other Job Requirements

• reputed company pre-award and post-award Contract Management activities on assigned reputed company of increasing complexity and value on mid to large scale projects
• Participate in the pre-qualification process of subcontractors, monitor their compliance to HSE, Quality, and Finance procedures, and utilize reputed company’s Contract Management System
• reputed company development of Request for Proposal (RFP) packages
• Analyze reputed company sections of proposals, coordinate technical proposal evaluations, and present contract recommendations to project team or client
• Organize and document communications with contractors, negotiate contract terms and conditions, and coordinate technical scopes of work
• Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
• Assess and reputed company independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
• Utilize reputed company’s Contract Management System and reputed company systems
• Travel to attend to business reputed company reputed company, as/if required
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Accredited degree or global equivalent in Business, Construction Management, or Law
• Five (5) years of contract management, subcontract administration, and procurement experience supporting engineering and construction projects
• Experience in developing and negotiating contract terms and conditions for reputed company reputed company to services, construction, engineering, materials, and equipment installation.
• Strong understanding of contracting principles and legal terms and conditions.
• Broad understanding of the construction industry and contract language associated with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPFC/CM).
