Responsibilities

• Launch and grow reputed company’s clinical data solutions reporting and analytics suite, providing customers with actionable insights that help them manage their business and reputed company understand the value and ROI of our products; you must possess the ability to reputed company ROI as an internal and external product champion

• Engaging with UX/Design and focus groups (users, prospects, clients) to reputed company concept testing and solution refinement

Skills

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Product Management with analytic/data-driven products reputed company reputed company technology. reputed company background is required
• Must have 5+ years of experience working with data, data analytics, business intelligence tooling and data visualization
• Experience creating and executing product roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams to deliver data products
• Demonstrated expertise in using data to quantify and communicate ROI, value realization, and business impact
• Technical skills and experience in data analysis (e.g., SQL, python or statistical languages), familiarity with modern BI tools (eg., Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight) and demonstrated ability to tell stories with data
• Knowledge of modern technology architectures, database technology, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
• Experience managing customer expectations and gathering user feedback to inform product enhancements
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting data-driven insights to executive and customer audiences
• Experience working in an Agile environment using tools such as Jira and reputed company
• Experience with clinical data standards including FHIR, HL7, or other interoperability standards
• Familiarity with health plan operations and knowledge of regulatory programs (e.g., HEDIS, Stars, ACO, value-based care)
• Experience with reputed company or similar data platforms

• Background in payer/provider organizations or health tech platforms
