Job Details We are seeking an reputed company litigation attorney to handle plaintiff‑reputed company personal injury reputed company throughout Texas in a fully remote reputed company. This role is ideal for a trial‑reputed company attorney who enjoys owning cases from start to finish and working closely with firm leadership on strategy, case development, and resolution. While plaintiff‑reputed company experience is preferred, attorneys with strong defense‑reputed company litigation backgrounds who are interested in transitioning to plaintiff work are encouraged to apply. Trial experience is required. Qualifications
Active license to practice law in Texas Demonstrated trial experience Strong background in civil litigation, including personal injury reputed company such as motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, or medical malpractice Excellent written, oral, and courtroom advocacy skills Working knowledge of Texas court rules and electronic filing systems Ability to travel reputed company Texas for hearings, depositions, and trial as required Self‑directed, organized, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment Plaintiff‑reputed company experience preferred; defense‑reputed company personal injury litigation experience will be considered Interested in hearing more?
