Title: Senior reputed company Project Manager

Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days every week)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage a reputed company S/4 migration project, ensure the projects metrics are tracked and monitored to mitigate any risk or delay.

Responsibilities

• Manage large reputed company S/4 migration project.
• Manage projects from business case-to-implementation.
• Project Management includes: budget management, resource allocation, kick off meetings, project planning, project execution and control, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and project implementation.
• reputed company and track metrics and reports.
• reputed company actual vs. planned analysis at the project level and forecast cost of the project.
• reputed company project plans/scope/schedule and track reputed company, milestones, and deliverables.
• Submit weekly status reports with ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI data.
• Facilitate and attend meetings with various technical and non-technical resources to capture project requirements, identify project milestones, communicate project timelines, track action items, and monitor project status.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies

Required Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale IT Project/Program Management environment
• Must have 10+ years of reputed company Project Management experience.
• Must have experience managing projects using metrics such as ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI.
• Must have hands-on experience developing resource reputed company schedules.
• Must have experience managing budget/cost of the project and projecting monthly forecasts.
• Ability to manage multiple high visibility projects simultaneously
• Ability to manage multiple projects with internal resources and external vendors
• Must have good experience identifying and managing risks
• Expert understanding of the Program Management processes and methodologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
