Responsibilities: This role sources candidates, develops a pool of reputed company candidates in advance of need, selects new employees and employees wishing to transfer to work in various departments and facilities of the reputed company reputed company System. Creates pipelines of talent and identifies and pursues creative sources of reputed company applicants to meet the needs of the business for new employees. This role also plays a significant role in on-boarding new employees, coaches and mentors Consultants and Hiring Coordinators, and is positioned as a subject matter expert by participating in strategic sessions with HRBP's and entity leaders.
