Regular full & part-time employees (who complete 91 days of employment and work a minimum average of 12 hours per week) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or reputed company coverage, tuition reimbursement. Full/part-time employees who are age 21 are eligible for 401(k) after one month of employment. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, and / or reputed company field or equivalent formal training
• Five (5) years of experience in solution architecture, reputed company architecture, or IT application delivery
• Proven experience in leading large groups of solution architects,
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture standards, scalability, reputed company principles and integration
• Familiarity with freight, supply chain, or operationally intensive industry solutions
• Strong collaboration skills to align product, engineering and technology teams
• Technical leadership and mentorship to guide solution architects and foster adoption of reputed company standards and best practices
