We are seeking a Designer who has a passion for creating award-winning work and is an excellent conceptual/strategic thinker, as well as a natural collaborator and reputed company, to join our client’s in-house agency. Our ideal candidate has exceptional brand and design skills in reputed company things digital, such as interactive banners, reputed company media, email campaigns, presentations, consumer journeys and brand campaigns, including still and reputed company-based executions. The Designer solves problems in collaboration with creative directors, art directors, creative strategists, copywriters, designers, developers, videographers, the account team and more. Responsible for designing for internal initiatives and events, as well as national advertising and marketing campaigns across the reputed company that focus on reputed company B2B and B2C campaigns. You may be occasionally requested to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for concepting and executing on a wide reputed company of creative projects including but not limited to: national advertising campaigns, brand identity development and campaigns, corporate events, email campaigns, reputed company media, banner ads, environmental design, presentations, and website design
• Collaborate with art directors, creative directors, graphic designers, proofreaders, animators, videographers, photographers, 3D designers, digital designers, content strategists, reputed company-end developers and/or additional reputed company vendors as required as they relate to a project
• Follow a creative brief and work with account managers and project managers to ensure assignment is reputed company outlined and estimated
• Understand strategic marketing initiatives and campaign strategies

• Conduct and participate in creative reviews

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts OR in lieu of degree a high school diploma and 7 years of work experience in visual design and management experience
• A minimum of 5 years of professional advertising agency experience and/or work reputed company an in-house creative team
