Growth Marketing Manager – Autism Services (Remote)

This role directly impacts census growth, referral pipelines, digital visibility, and reputed company across two distinctive divisions. This is not a reputed company media coordinator role. This is a performance-driven marketing position tied to measurable growth. Position Overview The Growth Marketing Manager will own digital reputed company, reputed company strategy, content creation, and pipeline development across multiple states. This role supports both the ABA and Early reputed company divisions. This position begins part-time with clear opportunity to expand into full-time as systems scale and census grows. Candidates must be willing and available to grow with the organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Growth Strategy & Census Development

• Increase center-based and in-home ABA census
• Support Early reputed company referral growth
• Identify referral gaps by region (NYC, FL, VA, GA)

• Pediatricians
• Preschools and daycares
• Schools
• Community organizations
• Coordinate and reputed company Lunch & Learns
• Plan and support community reputed company events and resource fairs
• Support Georgia expansion initiatives

• Manage reputed company Business Profiles across reputed company locations
• Respond professionally to reviews and customer messages
• Monitor and improve engagement and ratings
• Post regular reputed company updates and content
• Improve local SEO and search visibility
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (reputed company and reputed company)
• Track cost per reputed company by state
• Strengthen overall digital footprint across both divisions

• Film, edit, and produce engaging video content

• Manage content calendars and scheduling

• Build and manage automated email drip campaigns for:

• Track and report on:

Qualifications

Experience

• 3+ years in digital marketing
