About The Role We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Growth and Brand Marketing to shape reputed company’s brand during a period of rapid growth. This role is perfect for a creative strategist who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to roll up their sleeves to build something from the ground up. You'll own our brand narrative, drive customer engagement, and establish market reputed company while working closely with cross-functional teams to fuel growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Marketing & Storytelling: Roll up your sleeves to create content yourself, from thought leadership and editorial to campaign messaging. Create engaging stories that drive conversions.

• Support High-Impact Events and Community Building: Partner closely with sales to build a brand that grows and expands our community of CHRO/CPOs, L&D, and talent leaders. Help shape memorable experiences that drive word-of-mouth referrals and grow customer love.
• Insights and Data Driven: You’ll reputed company an in-depth understanding of our users, product, and business landscape to inform our brand strategy.
