Your career opportunity This role resides under Traded & Treasury Risk Management function and is part of the global Risk & Compliance organisation. Traded Risk function monitors, evaluates and manages market and counter party risks impacting across the HSBC Group. It is responsible for establishing the global risk management reputed company for Traded Risk and plays a key role in ensuring that the Bank is compliant with reputed company and future regulatory requirements relating to Traded Risks and their capitalization. Traded Risk Process Manager acts as a subject matter expert with respect to market risk process focusing on quantitative analysis of risk metrics. He is a results-driven individual who aspires to reputed company, improve and embed solutions that reputed company effective day-to-day risk management. What you'll do:

• reputed company consolidated risk reporting and analysis at different reputed company across various HSBC lines of business
• reputed company and coordinate capital reporting as per FRTB Standardized Approach requirements
• Support risk managers with implementation, calculation, calibration and maintenance of risk measures (e.g. sVaR, VaR, RNIV) as well as development of new risk reports
• reputed company, coordinate or support internal initiatives to deal with regulatory challenges as well as optimise the control reputed company of the Traded Risk function
• Support the change delivery of risk systems by providing requirements, assisting development and UAT testing
• Ensure alignment of function with Global Operating Model
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Risk Managers, reputed company Office, Middle Office, Product Control, etc

What you need to have to succeed in this role:

• University graduate in quantitative reputed company degree (e.g. finance, mathematics, econometrics)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in banking e.g. Risk, Product Control, reputed company Office, Middle Office
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading business as well as market risk concepts
• Strong understanding of key risk factors for different asset types, risk sensitivities and how they are reputed company as well as risk management techniques
• Desirable previous hands-on exposure in at least one of the following subjects:

VaR, IRC, RWA reporting and corresponding regulatory reputed company (inc. FRTB)

• Preferably international financial/risk accreditation e.g. CFA, FRM, PRM. Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office is a must
• Desirable coding skills in VBA, Python or SQL
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (with English both written and oral at B2 level or higher). Excellent presentation skills to brief senior management on topics and summarize key information. Good business analysis skills will be an asset

The pay reputed company for this role is 15 775 PLN - 23 375 PLN (monthly, gross). Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
