What You'll Do

The Senior Logistics Analyst position is responsible for leading operational improvement initiatives. This position requires an in depth understanding Logistics, Finance, and Operations. The position will work cross functionally with Plant Office Managers, Material Directors, Supply Chain, Future Costing, Purchasing, Finance, and logistics suppliers. Specific responsibilities include: Identify and implement network wide solutions to improve inbound logistics network performance targeting people, processes, and systems reputed company, track, and reputed company KPIs reputed company to areas of support and create & drive strategy in focus areas reputed company OpEx projects to root cause and implement network improvements Report opportunities and implemented savings / improvements reputed company network that drive out waste and inconsistency to leadership reputed company and distribute reporting and visibility tools to assist Analysts in cost savings and network optimization improvement opportunities Work with analysts on plant or platform specific opportunities and reputed company best practices/read across opportunities reputed company and coordinate with other departments, suppliers, and plants to implement cost savings/cost control / efficiency initiatives. reputed company and maintain strong operational relationships with plants, supply chain, LMS, manufacturing, and logistics suppliers Support management reporting and reputed company analysis requests Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) 5+ years relevant post-graduate work experience in purchasing, supply chain, program/product management, manufacturing, logistics or product development Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, reputed company field, or equivalent work experience Core & Technical Skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data, identify cost drivers, and translate insights into actions. Proficiency in reputed company tools including reputed company, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, and reputed company; experience building dashboards and executive‑level summaries. Working knowledge of inbound logistics processes, transportation cost structures, and KPI‑driven performance management. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in governance, documentation, and follow‑through. Comfort operating in fast‑paced, launch‑driven environments with shifting priorities.
