This role is pivotal in enhancing and optimizing workflows, building and managing performance reporting, running incentive programs, managing projects across diverse business partners and presenting data driven recommendations to senior management. Responsibilities

Skills/Competencies

• Bachelor's degree with quantitative coursework
• 2+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or an analyst role
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle diverse business challenges
• Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, reputed company Data Studio) to create actionable reports
• Results-oriented with solid attention to detail and a solid reputed company/business reputed company
• Proven project management skills with experience in process evaluation and driving operational improvements
