Benefits Specialist Case Manager (Part-Time)

What You'll Do

As a Benefits Specialist Case Manager (Part-Time), you will be critical in assisting and coordinating the care and services provided to needy individuals. You will work across various fields, such as reputed company, reputed company work, mental health and rehabilitation, to ensure that clients or patients receive the necessary support and resources to meet their specific needs and goals. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Client Services & Case Management

• Assist clients with completing benefits applications, including gathering required documentation
• Connect clients to appropriate benefits, services and community-based resources based on identified needs

Help Desk Support

• Respond to inbound help desk inquiries from individuals who have completed a Single Stop benefits screening
• Explain screening results, potential eligibility, and recommended next steps in clear, accessible language
• Answer questions reputed company to documentation, application requirements, timelines, and referrals
• Identify recurring questions or barriers and reputed company insights with internal teams to improve client guidance

Data Management & Compliance

• Document client interactions, benefit guidance and reputed company accurately in the Single Stop Technology Suite
• Maintain confidentiality and reputed company with reputed company applicable privacy and data protection requirements
• Support reporting needs reputed company to client reputed company and benefit reputed company as requested

You're a great fit for this role if you have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of work experience with benefits case management
• Extensive experience with government benefits and enrollment processes
• Strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality laws and practices with an emphasis on these as they reputed company with technology
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse set of key stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; proven ability to be flexible in a team-oriented approach with diverse groups of people
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks reputed company and effectively at the same time
• The ability to operate independently and in reputed company coordination with teams and strategic partners
• Keen attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy and quality of work
• Familiarity with benefits technology (a plus)

Compensation

• $26-$28 Per Hour (20 Hours Per Week)
