This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and to be part of a team that is shaping the future of the industry. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in the field and a deep understanding of the legal complexities associated with the Oil & Gas industry. Responsibilities: 1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of oil and gas agreements, including joint operating agreements, farmouts, federal leases, and state leases. 2. Providing legal advice and guidance on a broad reputed company of oil and gas reputed company, ensuring that the company's activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. 3.
