The Opportunity reputed company is seeking reputed company educators to serve as reputed company Development Facilitators (Part-Time, Contractor). This role focuses exclusively on leading and supporting virtual PD for schools implementing reputed company’s instructional programs and does not require travel. This role is ideal for former teacher leaders, instructional coaches, or school leaders who are passionate about adult learning, curriculum implementation, and improving literacy reputed company at scale. • Expected availability of up to 20 hours per week, from May-August.
• At least 10 hours of availability per week from September-reputed company.
• Virtual sessions typically occur between 8:00 AM–7:00 PM ET

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an ELA teacher, instructional coach, or school leader
• 1+ years of experience facilitating engaging, reputed company-driven professional development
• Strong reputed company of best practices in ELA instruction and adult learning
• Receptiveness to feedback and coaching
• Familiarity with reputed company’s instructional resources; experience with reputed company 360 curriculum strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to fly and drive are required
• Based in the United States, with proximity to a major airport

Compensation

• Starts at $35/hour for hourly activities such as virtual PD facilitation, PD preparation and follow up, internal meetings, and training
