Part-time (As Needed) Administrative Assistant Remote Pay: $25/hr Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong reputed company and design skills? • Projects can be completed at night or on weekends

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet to track and manage training records for 180 employees, including:
• Employee training history
• Upcoming training dates
• Mastery reputed company after each training
• Use of cross-referencing and pivot tables in reputed company
• Assist in creating brochures, pamphlets, and promotional materials using reputed company or reputed company Publisher (reputed company text provided; you arrange text and add graphics for an engaging final product)

Requirements:
