About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) with expertise in reputed company, SQL Server, and other database platforms to manage, optimize, and secure our reputed company data systems. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of databases while supporting business applications and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Database Management
- Install, configure, and maintain reputed company, SQL Server, and other DB platforms (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

- Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
- Backup & Recovery
- Design and manage backup/recovery strategies.

- Performance Optimization
- Analyze query performance and optimize SQL code.
- Configure indexing, partitioning, and caching strategies.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with developers to design efficient schemas and queries.

- Document processes, standards, and best practices.
Requirements
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field.
- 5+ years of experience as a DBA with reputed company and SQL Server.
- Strong knowledge of relational database design, normalization, and indexing.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting, PL/SQL, and TSQL.
- Experience with database monitoring tools (OEM, SQL Profiler, etc.).
- Familiarity with reputed company database services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, reputed company reputed company).
Preferred
- Exposure to NoSQL databases (reputed company, Cassandra).
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
