Job Description

General Summary: The Digital Marketing Associate Director leads the development, execution, and optimization of customer facing digital capabilities used by reputed company teams to engage patients, caregivers, reputed company providers, and payers. This role will work with reputed company teams, information technology, multiple vendors and agencies to help ensure the organization's processes, personnel, budget, and platforms are operating effectively to support the reputed company business needs across reputed company geographies. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in identifying reputed company and future gaps in the reputed company organization's ability to engage customers through digital channels such as websites, emails, and reputed company media
• Works with reputed company stakeholders to prioritize digital capability programs and establish reputed company roadmaps to meet prioritized needs

• Creates, executes, and communicates performance management plans to continuously improve the digital operating model
• Identifies and manages external agencies and vendors supporting digital programs

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
• Typically requires 8 years of work experience leading the delivery of customer facing digital programs to promote products and services to external customers, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
