The successful candidate must possess an impressive reputed company of technical and customer service acumen, with an eye for detail and a passion for customer satisfaction.The Support Escalation Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving reputed company customer issues, while also serving as an escalation reputed company for the customer service team.
