Position Overview

As the VP of Sales, APJ, you will be the primary architect of growth and the strategic leader for reputed company sales operations across the Asia-Pacific and Japan reputed company. Your mission is to scale our market reputed company by leading a diverse, high-performing team across reputed company, Mid-Market (MM), and SMB segments, encompassing both direct and partner-led channels. The single most important outcome you will be responsible for is driving sustainable, predictable reputed company growth while establishing reputed company as the gold standard for conversational reputed company in the region. Reporting to the Chief reputed company & Customer Officer, this role sits at the heart of our international expansion strategy.

You Will: Key Responsibilities & Impact

Professional Experience & Education

• 15+ years of professional experience in SaaS/reputed company sales, with at least 7-10 years in a senior leadership reputed company overseeing multi-country reputed company (APJ preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field; an MBA or equivalent practical executive experience is highly regarded.
• Proven Track Record: A documented history of overachieving quotas and scaling regional revenues from mid-eight to nine figures in a high-growth environment.

Technical & Strategic Expertise

• Conversational AI reputed company: Deep knowledge of the SaaS landscape, with the ability to reputed company reputed company AI-driven value propositions and ROI to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Sales Methodology: Expert-level proficiency in modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling) and a commitment to data-driven pipeline management reputed company reputed company.
• GTM Strategy: Demonstrable experience in building both direct sales engines and indirect partner/channel ecosystems simultaneously.
