The Role The Sr reputed company Customer Insights Manager is a key contributor reputed company the Growth and Experience Marketing organization, responsible for executing research and analysis that informs customer-centric decision-making across marketing, product development, and customer experience initiatives. This role focuses on translating data into actionable insights that drive growth, enhance engagement, and improve the overall customer reputed company. • Execute customer insights programs, including qualitative and quantitative research, segmentation, reputed company mapping, and sentiment analysis.
• Support the development and maintenance of key customer metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Health Score, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
• Analyze customer engagement with products and services to identify usage patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing Analytics, Audience Management, Customer Experience, Product, and Sales) to integrate insights into planning, campaigns, and product enhancements.
• Prepare clear, actionable reports and presentations that communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Apply advanced analytics and predictive modeling techniques to identify emerging customer trends and inform marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards in reputed company research activities.
• Coordinate with external research vendors as needed to supplement internal capabilities.
